End-User License Agreement (EULA) – RSL Time
Effective Date: September 21, 2026
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of RSL Time, a software application developed and operated by Retail Solutions Ltd., Barbados (“Retail Solutions Ltd.”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By installing, accessing, connecting, or using RSL Time, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
1. Purpose of RSL Time
RSL Time is a time-tracking and task-management application designed to work with QuickBooks Online.
The application may be used to:

Create and manage customer-related tasks
-
Track time spent on tasks
-
Enter time manually
-
Associate time with QuickBooks customers
-
Associate time with QuickBooks employees, vendors, or other authorized time workers
-
Associate time with QuickBooks service items
-
Synchronize selected customer, worker, service, task, and time information
-
Upload approved time activities to QuickBooks Online
-
Synchronize tasks between authorized RSL Time devices
RSL Time is currently intended primarily for the internal business use of Retail Solutions Ltd. and its authorized users.
2. License Grant
Retail Solutions Ltd. grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use RSL Time for legitimate business purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the software or any intellectual property associated with it.
Users may not:

Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute RSL Time without written permission from Retail Solutions Ltd.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application's backend systems or connected QuickBooks accounts.

Use the application for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes.

Circumvent security or authentication mechanisms.

Reverse engineer or modify the application except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by Retail Solutions Ltd.
3. QuickBooks Online Integration
RSL Time integrates with QuickBooks Online through APIs and services provided by Intuit Inc.
To use QuickBooks-related functionality, an authorized user must grant RSL Time permission to access the applicable QuickBooks Online company.
Depending on the functionality being used, RSL Time may access information including:

Company identification
-
Customers
-
Employees and vendors used as time workers
-
Products and service items
-
Time Activities
-
QuickBooks record identifiers and related synchronization information
RSL Time will only access QuickBooks information necessary to provide the application's intended functionality.
Authorization may be disconnected or revoked when access is no longer required.
4. QuickBooks Authorization Credentials
RSL Time does not require users to provide their QuickBooks Online password directly to the application.
QuickBooks authorization is handled through Intuit's authorization process.
Authentication tokens used to maintain the QuickBooks connection are handled by the RSL Time backend and are not intentionally stored within the application as plain-text QuickBooks credentials.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to connect the selected QuickBooks company to RSL Time.
5. Business Data
RSL Time may process business information necessary to provide its functionality, including:

Customer names and identifiers

Task descriptions
-
Task notes
-
Time entries
-
Service information
-
Worker information
-
QuickBooks synchronization identifiers
-
Synchronization status
-
Due dates and billable status
Some information may be stored locally on an authorized device, while other information may be stored or processed by the RSL Time backend to support synchronization between devices and QuickBooks Online.

6. Task Synchronization
RSL Time may allow tasks created on one authorized device, such as a Mac, to be synchronized with another authorized device, such as an iPhone.
Users are responsible for reviewing synchronized task information before using it for billing, payroll, invoicing, or other accounting purposes.
7. Time Entry and QuickBooks Uploads
Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of time entries before uploading them to QuickBooks Online.
RSL Time may perform verification after uploading a Time Activity to QuickBooks. However, users should review important accounting information directly in QuickBooks Online before relying on it for invoicing, payroll, financial reporting, or other business purposes.
Retail Solutions Ltd. does not guarantee that every synchronization attempt will complete successfully. Internet interruptions, QuickBooks API availability, authentication expiration, third-party outages, or other technical issues may temporarily affect synchronization.
8. Third-Party Services
RSL Time depends on third-party services that may include:

Intuit QuickBooks Online
-
Apple software and devices
-
Internet and hosting providers
-
Cloud database and backend infrastructure providers
Use of those services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
Retail Solutions Ltd. does not control and is not responsible for the availability, operation, or policies of third-party services.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. RSL Time is not represented as being owned or developed by Intuit.
9. Security
Retail Solutions Ltd. uses reasonable technical measures intended to protect application data and authentication information.
Users are responsible for:

Protecting their devices
-
Maintaining secure device passcodes
-
Protecting Apple and QuickBooks credentials
-
Preventing unauthorized access to devices running RSL Time
-
Reporting suspected unauthorized access
-
Disconnecting QuickBooks access when it is no longer required
No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Updates
Retail Solutions Ltd. may periodically modify, improve, update, or discontinue features of RSL Time.
Updates may be required to:

Maintain compatibility with QuickBooks Online
-
Maintain compatibility with Apple operating systems
-
Correct defects
-
Improve security
-
Add or modify functionality
Older versions of the application may stop working if third-party APIs or operating systems change.
11. No Guarantee of Continuous Availability
RSL Time is provided on an “as available” basis.
Retail Solutions Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the application or connected services.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

Internet outages
-
Server maintenance
-
QuickBooks outages
-
API changes
-
Authentication issues
-
Apple operating-system changes
-
Hosting-provider interruptions
-
Software defects
-
Circumstances outside the reasonable control of Retail Solutions Ltd.
12. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing information entered into or transferred by RSL Time.
Before relying on synchronized information for business, accounting, payroll, invoicing, tax, or financial purposes, users should verify the applicable records within QuickBooks Online.
The application is intended to assist with workflow and data entry and does not replace appropriate accounting review.
13. Intellectual Property
RSL Time, including its software, design, source code, branding, documentation, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to Retail Solutions Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of RSL Time to the user.
14. Termination and Disconnection
Retail Solutions Ltd. may terminate or restrict access to RSL Time where the application is being misused or where continued access would create a security, legal, or operational risk.
Users may stop using RSL Time at any time.
Where applicable, users may also disconnect RSL Time from QuickBooks Online. Disconnecting the application may revoke or remove the authorization used by RSL Time to access the connected QuickBooks company.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSL Time is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or suitability for every particular business purpose.
Retail Solutions Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to maintain and support the application but cannot guarantee the continued operation of third-party systems upon which RSL Time depends.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Retail Solutions Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use or inability to use RSL Time, including losses caused by:

Incorrect user-entered information

Failed or delayed synchronization
-
Third-party service interruptions
-
Unauthorized device access
-
QuickBooks Online availability
-
Internet connectivity issues
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. Changes to This Agreement
Retail Solutions Ltd. may update this Agreement as RSL Time changes or as legal, operational, security, or third-party requirements evolve.
The current version will be made available through the RSL Time website or another location designated by Retail Solutions Ltd.
Continued use of RSL Time after an updated Agreement becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
